This is a basic seminar is designed for those attorneys, new and old, who do not have experience in mediation, but who would like to bone up on the ins and outs of the Mediated Settlement Conference. Lynn Gullick, a certified mediator, and a panel of attorneys experienced in the dos and don'ts of mediation will guide you through the process. The attorney panel will represent various areas of practice and viewpoints.
