NCBA Seeks Citizen Lawyer Nominations

The North Carolina Bar Association is taking nominations for its annual Citizen Lawyer Award to recognize attorneys doing more for their communities than just the practice of law. Many attorneys commit time and energy within and outside their communities for civic organizations, military, local governments or the state legislature, and the award is a simple way to recognize them for their work.

We are seeking your help in two ways:
(1)  To honor an attorney that you have worked with, consider nominating them as a Citizen Lawyer.
(2)  Help us collect nominations from all corners of North Carolina.

The nomination process is short and the form may be accessed from the NCBA website.

The deadline for nominations to be received by the Bar Center is February 24.

Thank you for your help in our being able to honor those that are making a difference in their communities.
