2012 HABITAT PROJECT
SAVE THE DATE!
The Greensboro Bar Association will begin its seventh Habitat house on Saturday, September 15. The workcrew will begin at 7:30 on that date. At 12:00 we will break for an opening ceremony at the construction site followed by lunch. The ceremony will be attended by the Justices of the North Carolina Supreme Court who have volunteered to work with us that day.
We will be in touch with the members of the workcrew in the next few weeks. In the meantime, we want to invite all GBA members and their families to the ceremony and lunch. This will be a great occasion for us to celebrate the start of another GBA Habitat house, to meet the home owner family, and to thank the members of the Court who are present to support us. The company and the food will be outstanding and well worth the cover charge. Everyone will have a chance to drive a nail as we join together to build this house.
Please SAVE THE DATE: September 15 and plan to attend.
House is on McConnell Road near the intersection with English Street (in the same block as the last GBA Habitat house). More details to follow.
