Bokhoven Family Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Tolly Carr

I apologize if this is already old news...

Last week, Casey Bokhoven's family filed a lawsuit against Tolly Carr, the WXII morning anchor charged in the accident in which Bokhoven was killed.

The wrongful death lawsuit was also brought against the three bars that allegedly served Carr the night of the accident.

News Channel 14 carries this story, explaining that businesses that serve alcoholic beverages are reviewing their training procedures in light of the recent lawsuit.
